AT LEAST HE DIDN'T DIE WITH NO ANTLERS ON HIS HEAD

Travis, a teen, skips school for the first day of hunting season. He sees something there he cannot believe. He must tell someone and heads to the local cafe. It is so good he feels it will win over the local rednecks and clear his family name and its history of alcoholism and white trash heritage.

Marie-louise Boisnier plays Miss Sherlene who owns the cafe. She is the mediator of the situation who holds compassion for all, no matter their background or where they come from.
